Wym - By Order of the Emperor

For commissioning of Velite Aspirants

We know we are eccentric with unequalled fashion and good taste and yes [N] is gay accommodating.

What happens in the [N] officer’s billet stays in the [N] officer’s billet. What happens on the battlefield is chiseled in granite for the entire world to witness for time and eternity.

A single [V] carries more glory than all the NBC tags in history.

And if you think I despise Velites, imagine what I think of Rabble and Frenchmen.

Sloop is born of spartan blood (and a little bit of scottish) probably why he can fight in a skirt so well as highlanders, but as with all spartans and scots they are brought up in the harshest of conditions therefore enjoy nothing more than the harshest of treatment for all velites.

I'm currently reading Gates of Fire by Steven Pressfield about the Battle of Thermopylae, but predominantly about the military training of the Spartan youth from 7-20 years of age......well worth a read

And you'll have his shoes.

Is that what he's taken to calling it now?

That would involve the previously mentioned brass door knob.
