I am ok with this on one condition:
That HC set aside its mock meritocracy; and have certain individuals who, by concensus carry perceived
high risks, pay unashamedly for a commision as a velite. Cash, unwanted but lovely concubines, or horses should be considered as well.

It depends on perspective and definition. Does one believe it will buy love.
Now afaik, my coworker says the donkeys start to cry when he drives by, and that's not a problem/physical attribute for me. Therefore, horses are just transportation.
