I think ranks below GdB depends on the players activity and ambition ? etc promotions varying from 6 months to 48 month but
one thing i am sure from GdB to GdD and GdD to Marechal you must have unfailing patient and N loyalty as 'lower limitation' of patience seems to be 48 months, god !
