As set forth in Board index < GRAND ARMY HQ < The Maison Militaire, p. PROMOTIONS, s. Promotion to: [N] LT. COLONEL, s.s. Date of promotion to Major: (6 months). The time in service criteria has not been met by this officer; therefore his accession to Lt. Col. should be revoked. Furthermore, s. Promotion Application Requirement Definitions, s.s. 1)Date of promotion, establishes the time rank for promotion purposes. In this instance, promotion to Lt. Col must meet, at a minimum, 6 months of service to the Empire to receive promotion.
In my review and careful study of the promotion thread, I have found no exception which would allow for Major Apollo to advance without meeting set criteria. Moreover, there was no formal decree by the Emperor or his designee to which his accession was mentioned.
I would like our lawyer General Conq to review this promotion and its validity.
Gentlemen, we must keep our rules sacred. No man shall be above the law except the Emporeor or his designee.
