Honorable Friends of BPA,

"War" is an act of aggression, to be "declared" for specific reasons, usually manifested by conflicting egos and heated arguments. The only conflict I see is from you and General Fullin, which I would hardly call a reason to go to war, more like a reason to buy popcorn and laugh out loud. As [N] has no disagreements with BPA and we consider you the best of friends, we could never agree to a clan war in the capacity that we interpret the term.

If you wish to have a friendly tournament or contest then I am sure [N] would be happy to oblige.

That is the problem with War, there are no rules thus a gentleman should strive to avoid them. Besides, the last time I let loose two of my [N] Officers they fell upon a pack of BPA.
