BDC what did you mean on chatango about the update not being moddable?

Apparently the dlc is not moddable,or the tools needed arent,theres been a few problems with the dlc at the moment and with the mod.
if anyone cant see the new map names,or if you cant join other N games then see myself LS,croy steiner or vass as we have had to overcome these problems already.
