Thought I'd show some picks of the museum in Hämeenlinna of the era in Finland.
Finska Artilleriregemente, one out of four in Sweden's army during the Finnish war of 1809.
Swedish six pounder complete with soldier in uniform in the background. (I love the top hats they wore, smashing!)
Not really Napoleonic but this was a three pounder that served the Swedes in the Thirty Years war. The highly mobile artillery force applied by Gustavus Adolphus is what won them the day in most of their battles, and was of some inspiration to Napoleon's own artillery tactics.
