Great read, fascinatingly exposé about the German air force fighter wing and their desperate struggle in Europe. Doctrinally marginalised and eventually castrated by ideologues. The fighter force accomplished impressive feats whilst fighting overwhelming opposition from both without and within Nazi Germany.
As an illiterate in air force history, I found this book very educative.
