That’s a lot of rules, Lepic.
Some I am familiar with (LCS), are the others also taken from the HB group’s?

Most seem sensible, but I think it would be hard to keep track of them all.

a combination of hb's variations war gaming rules and historical reference research
extended game times are used to be able to use these guidelines as the original hb's times are not long enough

all the regular hb players i play with use these and more as these are the starter or basics for the new players club i created to introduce them to ntw3 hb only

i do agree that a mod which removes the need for any rules is a game changer for all
rules put the majority off and create discussions
anything that slows the game down is a huge plus
not suggesting in anyway you implement these guidelines at all
just wanted you to be aware of them
it will change the experience and dynamic of the game completely
i hope there will be more games to join
very clearly already its a very positive step forward and its great fun to play

Rules create disagreement and accusations.

My only rule is no rules.

If the designers can not make a system that works brilliantly without rules then I do not need to participate.

So far the Lordz have not disappointed.

Bizarre, then, that the catalyst for all this outrage is a rule change that is long overdue.
