Two 4v4 battles with BPA........Out of the Grinder

Postby [N]Wym » Fri Apr 22, 2016 9:42 am

Two 4v4 battles with BPA........in both games I was nearly gang raped,so much French cav....I hate French Cav though both games were good fights

Both my Brit armies had 2-3 Lt Cav & 2 art both of which were soon lost....only my steadfast Infantry saved my ass

First Battle at Albuera where my Brits held the right flank....in this battle I was stormed by 2 Dragoons and 5 ish Lt Cav.....painful, thou I managed to sort of survive?

The second battle at Waterloo were again I held the right flank......and again I was hit by 4-5 regiments of Dragoons over a short period of time......I Fucking hate French Cav, though I did manage to pull some of my force out of the grinder?

Try 4-5 light cav made up of primarily of KGL and 15th Hussars. Or go the ALFR route of two KGL dragoons lol.

I have replays I'll post later.....not sure if extra cav would of helped overly as they ganged up on me and my partners had very few low end Lt cav to aid me with lol,its was strange that it happened in both battles with different opponents lol, thou I salvaged what I could and my remaining troops fought mightily well add to this that I single handedly nearly took out the might of the French Cavalry wings so.....not to shabby imo though bloody nerve rackingly tough :nodno:

You really did well with Brits with no h.cav against the combos in both battles i think Wym.
HB maps seem good to play on but there must definitely be a way to play them LoC? At one stage in second battle i met the ''S'nake' shape on the minimap ^^

If you with the lordz made the LOC unit a free cost unit all hb maps would suit loc battles..........easy...........
