Out maneuvered in the campaign and out fought on the battlefield, the French are now outnumbered more than 2 to 1.

Is there to be a pursuit battle?

Just find it amusing how they're not talking about the first battle we fought that an ally ended up dropping and we had to replay when the French were winning.

Indeed

Althought the rules state that ...after a drop its the decision of the remaining intact team to either rehost or take the result at the moment of the drop... Marshal Sloop decided to rehost were a French Victory would have been awarded.

It was the begining of the battle and was very much undicided, and only the sportsmanship of the Old Marshal allowed the Allies to refight the battle.
The French oroginal plan exposed, Kester drop again, and despise my constant encouragement towards my fellow Marshal to rehost again...cause it was only fair to do so...he refused. Arguing he was outmaneuvered and deserved the result... what I personally doubt.
First because he played with 2 un seassoned commander in the new mod, against "The Creators" and Second because his original plan was exposed.

Only the honor and fairness of Marshal Sloop made possible this dark result for his troops....but I suspect, deep in my mind, that he still thinks he can pull a Marengo in the days to come....and that, gentlemen is yet to be seen.

For the ones that knows Sloop like I do , I would suggest not to be so sure about the Allied victory.
Not yet.
