Custom email may seem like a small detail in the larger branding picture, but it’s hugely important.
In a single glance, this is what it means to your community, friends, and/or acquaintances:

It’s an inexpensive (sometimes free) bit of branding that will make a world of difference for your brand.
When creating a custom email address, think of it the same way you would when creating a new website.

After everyone has an individual account (Name@napoleonics.net), be sure to create some general accounts for different roles.
For example, it’s better to create a press@ account than to just have that email go to a specific person (what happens if that person leaves or takes on a new role within the community?).

We have discussed "branding" already. Unless the Emperor wants to turn [N] into a marketable commodity to be sold to the masses, we will have no interest in branding. An personal [N] email address is left up to the individual [N] officers.

I have 3 email addresses that I have had for 20 years. One is used as my email, one for my business, and one is for BS. Why do I need another one for BS?
