Napoleon fails to launch

Postby [N]Chromey » Wed Sep 26, 2012 7:25 pm

Hello Gents,

I cant get my game to work any more! I have it on steam and when I try to launch I get this error

''c:\windows\winSxS\x86_microsoft.vc80.crt_1fc8b39b9a1e18e3b_8.0.50727.5195_none_d09154e044272b9a\MSVCP80.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or conact your administrator for support''

My gamer icon on steam changes color from blue to green momentarily then it goes back to blue after it fails to launch.

Any help appreciated.

Seems your hunch was correct General, the uninstall of all c++ caused my game to work again.

After a reboot all seems back to normal. Ill keep you updated if anything else goes wrong.

Luckily I diddnt need to reinstall anything afterwards!

I had c++ 2010 64/86 and 2005 versions with non extensions.

One of em musta got corrupt or something.

Most people don't realize it but LS was Steve Jobs last innovation. Someday, we will all have one in our home. Siri was actually the beta but LS was the final product.

That explains so many things about LS.

Can Siri conduct a charge like LS?
